Does HitMarks need to connect to my camera?
No. Camera names are labels for your own notes. HitMarks works alongside an iPhone, mirrorless camera, pocket camera, action camera or any other camera without pairing to it.
Where is my playbook stored?
Your playbook and practice notes are stored locally on your device. HitMarks does not require an account or create a cloud profile.
How does the free access work?
HitMarks is free to download. You can complete two story sessions before deciding whether it is useful to you, then unlock the full playbook for £9.99 with one in-app purchase.
Is the purchase a subscription?
No. It is a one-time purchase. You can restore it on devices using the same Apple Account through the Restore purchases option.
Can I try a shot again later?
Yes. “Another pass” and “Not today” are both valid outcomes. HitMarks keeps practice constructive and never treats an unfinished attempt as failure.
What should I include in a support email?
Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, HitMarks version and a short description of what you expected to happen. Screenshots are helpful when they don’t contain anything private.
